WORK RELATED FATALITIES REPORTED TO SHENA

One of the main objectives of the Safety, Health and Environment National Authority (SHENA) is to have zero fatalities. There was four areas of focus - crane operations, asset integrity, work at height activities and schools, hospitals, Commercial and Government Buildings. SHENA will continue to undertake regulatory monitoring visits and planned site inspections to ensure compliance to workplace safety, health and environment requirements.
