Human Resources Department are
responsible for the management of all the Human Resources and Corporate
Communications matters of SHENA.
Main activities are:

Develop and execute the HR strategy in line with the overall strategic
direction of SHENA, specifically in areas of policy making, attraction and
retention, employee value proposition,
talent management, succession planning and performance management

Develop and execute a robust Training and Development strategy and
Framework
- Managing the HR
administrative operations within SHENA

Ensure effective and efficient recruitment strategy executed for SHENA

Develop and execute a Corporate communications strategy for all levels of
stakeholder engagement and ensures that all communication activities
compliment the overall strategy and direction of SHENA
