Human Resource & Corporate Services Division

Human Resource & Corporate Services (HCD) are responsible for the management of all the Human Resources and Corporate Services of SHENA.

The main activities are:

  • Develop and execute the HR strategy in line with the overall strategic direction of SHENA, specifically in areas of policy-making, attraction and retention, employee value proposition, talent management, succession planning and performance management

  • Develop and execute a robust Training and Development Strategy and Framework

  • Managing the HR administrative operations within SHENA

  • Ensure effective and efficient recruitment strategy implemented for SHENA
