• Strategy & Business Planning: Oversees, leads, and manages SHENA's strategy and business planning, with a focus on performance-based culture (KPIs and scorecards) and business performance improvement initiatives.

• Corporate Communications: Provides strategic direction and oversight of corporate communications to ensure consistent, aligned messaging in support of SHENA's overall objectives.

The Division comprises two units, each led by an officer reporting to the Director.

• Strategy & Business Planning — Leading the development and execution of SHENA's strategy and business plans, with a focus on building a performance-based culture through KPIs and scorecards.
