SAFETY FORUM 2026

Organised by the Safety, Health and Environment National Authority (SHENA), the Safety Forum 2026 is held in conjunction with the World Day for Safety and Health at Work (WDSHW) 2026, a global observance initiated by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and commemorated annually on 28 April.

The forum provides a platform to discuss current workplace safety and health issues, while promoting healthy psychosocial working environments to support workers’ well-being and strong organisations.

THEME

“Good Psychosocial Working Environments: A Pathway to Thriving Workers and Strong Organisations”

For 2026, the theme focuses on healthy psychosocial work environments, highlighting the importance of workers’ mental and social well-being. It also recognises how factors such as work-related stress, organisational support, and effective workplace communication can affect the overall safety, health, and well-being of employees.
