SHENA regulates and enforces all matters related to workplace Safety, Health and Environment as well as radiation in Brunei Darussalam. A regulatory inspection is conducted to any workplace to verify compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Order, 2009 and the regulations made thereunder and Radiation Protection Act, Chapter 228. The regulatory inspections are scheduled through the Enforcement Division of SHENA’s annual inspection program.
