Thursday, 13 March 2025 - In conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan, , the Safety, Health and Environment National Authority (SHENA) organised a Tahlil Ceremony for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji ‘Abdul ‘Azim. The ceremony took place at the Royal Mausoleum in Jalan Tutong.

The SHENA delegation was headed by Yang Mulia Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Sufian bin Haji Sabtu, Deputy Minister (Security and Law) at the Prime Minister's Office and as the Chairman of the SHENA Board of Directors. The event commenced with the recitation of Surah Yaasin led by Yang Mulia Imam Ahmad Syarkawi bin Mardy from Kg. Pintu Malim Mosque, followed with the recitation of Tahlil, Doa Tahlil, and Doa Peliharakan Sultan dan Negara Brunei Darussalam.

In attendance at the ceremony were the SHENA Board of Directors, the SHENA Senior Management Team, SHENA employees, and students from the Institut Tahfiz Al-Quran Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.
