Corporate Services Division (CSD)

Corporate Services Division (CSD) serves as a strategic corporate enabler for SHENA, driving organisational effectiveness through integrated people strategy, digital capability, administrative governance and property management across the Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration and Property units.

The main activities are:

  • Develop and execute the HR Strategy in line with the overall strategic direction of SHENA, specifically in areas of workforce planning, attraction and retention, employee value proposition, talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, staff wellbeing and psychosocial support.

  • Develop and execute a robust learning, training and development strategy and framework to build organisational capability, support staff growth, and promote wellbeing-aware leadership and workplace practices.

  • Manage HR operations and administration, including employee records, employment lifecycle processes, benefits administration and HR service excellence.

  • Ensure effective and efficient recruitment and onboarding processes are implemented to meet SHENA’s manpower requirements.

  • Drive IT strategy and digital capability, including systems administration, information and technology infrastructure and cybersecurity.

  • Strengthen administrative governance and corporate operational effectiveness, including office management, records management, logistics, asset coordination and general corporate services to enable efficient and well-controlled operations.

  • Lead strategic property and facilities management, including the planning, monitoring and coordination of property-related projects, facilities management, maintenance planning, space utilisation, workplace safety support and upkeep of SHENA premises.
